Meditation Guide

Elaine has been teaching meditation classes for nearly ten years since retiring from teaching elementary school music. Her students enter a deep state of relaxation as she says in a calm, soothing voice:

Take three deep breaths. One for mind, one for body, one for spirit.
Visualize the spark of the divine within.
Imagine it expanding and filling your body.
Visualize this beautiful white light expanding out beyond your body and meshing with the neighbour to your left and to your right."
